Toby joined the Pendennis team in August 2007 from the British Marine Federation (BMF) where he directed the International Development Programme. At Pendennis he is responsible for securing refit and new build projects as well as the international marketing of the yard. Toby has previously served as Chairman of the Superyacht UK Committee and is an Executive Committee Member of the Superyacht Racing Association. He became a director at Pendennis in May 2009 and joint managing director in 2018.
