Stephen Berry is the Chief Executive Officer of DDE Technology, a cybersecurity services and advisory company that works with clients around the world to protect critical public infrastructure and services. DDE Technology was voted as one of The 10 Best Enterprise Cyber Security Solution Providers of 2021 by CIO Views magazine. Stephen frequently publishes articles on cybersecurity and gives keynotes at industry events to highlight the emerging threats to critical industries while outlining strategies to help companies prepare by becoming cyber resilient.
Stephen has deep experience in leading major technology and business programs in the fintech, telco, construction and industrial sectors around the world. He has held key roles in a number of casino development projects. He was the Technology Director for the City of Dreams casino and resort in Macau, a USD $2.5 Billion resort compromising gaming, hotels and retail. Stephen managed a technology budget of USD $300 Million and was responsible for the design and delivery of all major technology systems. At the time, this was one of the largest technology projects of its type in the world and won numerous awards.
Stephen is a guest lecturer on various MBA programs at the University of Singapore (NUS), University of Saint Joseph Macau (USJ) and the Farmleigh Fellowship. With a wealth of experience gained in project, program and portfolio delivery, Stephen provides leadership development and training to companies around the world including the Asia Development Bank, UK Ministry of Defense, SAP, DHL, Lafarge Holcim and ANZ bank focusing on project leadership and behavioural strategies, risk management, effective communication and influencing skills.
