Brian Phelps (CISSP), is the European Director for Wind River’s professional services organization, leading the team of consultants delivering DO-178B certified operating systems. Based in Cambridge England, Brian has over 20 years’ experience delivering customer solutions focused on both security (Common Criteria, FIPS 140-2, DO-326A, DO-356A) and safety (DO-178C / ED-12C). Prior to Wind River, Brian spent 10 years at Thales Group, leading a team developing cryptographic hardware systems used in wide variety of both civilian and military/government applications.
