Erica Wilson has more than twenty years of IT experience. She has worked in various industries including manufacturing, higher education, financial services and most recently reinsurance. She has served in all capacities of security, including the role of Chief Information Security Officer.
Erica is currently the VP of the Global Security and Privacy Risk Management for RGA. In this role, she serves as a key advisor for the organization regarding technology risks and leads and dynamic team of professionals that ensure security and privacy issues are effectively addressed and managed.
Erica is a highly motivated and results-driven leader with a diverse background in cybersecurity and information technology. Over 20 years of experience which includes leadership roles with a focus on managing Information Security, IT operations and infrastructure. Proven track record of delivering high-impact results while promoting teamwork and professional development. Skilled in taking on regulatory and compliance technology challenges, through development of program, policy and governance structures to support business objectives. Known for being a strategic thinking partner with experience in various industries including, manufacturing, financial services, and academia.
