Vannessa holds a degree in Corporate Law with a Master’s in International Commercial Law. She began her second professional career in 2008 and has accumulated over 1,800 hours of experience as a professional coach. Throughout her career, she has been certified in organizational, team, executive, and life coaching, and holds specializations in emotional decoding, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), and bioneurocoaching.
Vannessa is currently an ICF-accredited Mentor Coach and has served on the ICF Mexico Board since 2023 in the areas of education, enterprise, and national communications, where she currently serves as Director. Her professional journey has enabled her to had the opportunity to collaborate as a certified coach with Workplace Options (WPO) / TELUS and to support individuals and organizations through professional coaching engagements partnering with multinational organizations and their leaders to maximize the potential and build strong cultures of leadership and success alignment.
