Aaron has been part of an 18 month long development team on a new dark chocolate brand by the name of Verse. https://www.versechocolate.com The flavor comes from a controlled fermentation that happens at the farm, putting more value at the front of the cacao supply chain. The result is more cacao, less sugar and an abundance of flavor; the chance to make chocolate a daily healthy habit.
Aaron is the author of three books, two in a series called Design Matters and he recently co-authored The Physics of Brand.
He is a former Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the University of St. Thomas and the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD).
