Dany Andrade currently serves as Director of Digital Campaigns and Media at Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leadership advisory firm dedicated to improving the way the world is led. Based in Mexico City, Dany leads global digital campaigns and manages integrated marketing strategies across channels to improve user experience and drive new business.
Prior Dany was the head of global campaign execution at Mercer, leading marketing teams and projects across all major regions. For over 18 years, she has served multinational companies designing client-centric integrated marketing strategies. Her areas of expertise include brand building, demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing automation/CRM.
Dany holds a BA in Communication Sciences from the ITESM CCM, a Public Relations Diploma from the University of Technology of Sidney, and a master’s degree in Internet Business from the ISDI Digital Business School.
