Thuy Phan is the first place winner for the CAPMT Honors and Contemporary competition for Category E. Phan is currently a fourth year Political Science and Piano Performance Double Major at Chapman University. She graduated from the Orange County School of the Arts and formerly studied under Brian Barclay. She participated in and won many MTAC - OCW Bach Festivals, Theme Competitions, and Piano Solo Competitions. Currently, Phan is studying under Dr. Janice Park at Chapman University. She has participated in multiple masterclasses throughout her time at OCSA and Chapman University. Finally, Phan knows that music will have a special place in her heart forever.
