Mike has worked in the employer branding arena for over a decade at several of the top agencies. Having started his career at international consumer market research company Mintel, he brings experience and rigour to all of the projects he works on. He has undertaken national and international insight, branding and strategy projects for the likes of Coca-Cola European Partners, Heinz, Experian, GOSH, BP, Rolls Royce, Macfarlanes, the FCA, Bank of England and has won awards for his work for various parts of Barclays and for Bupa.
