Andrew qualified from Charing Cross Hospital, University of London in 1983, and was appointed partner at the Dartmouth Medical Practice in February 1989.. He commenced his educational career as a GP trainer in 1996 and progressed to being appointed to his current role in 2015. In this role Andrew is responsible for increasing the capacity and capability of the primary care workforce to support service delivery. Andrew continues to work in clinical practice as a partner in Dartmouth.
