With a master’s degree in electronic engineering, and a fascination with technology and alternative medicine, Arne Grinsted (Denmark) developed his first PBM device in the early 1980’s. He founded PowerMedic ApS in 1982 and expanded the company with the addition of its US sister company, PowerMedic Lasers, Inc., in 2007. Today, the company’s product line includes the PowerLaser™ Series (compact, portable lasers); and the GigaLaser™ (one of the largest area lasers in the world).
From the start, the mission has been to help people and animals to a better life. For nearly 40 years, Arne has been designing and producing PBM equipment, that accelerates the natural healing process. He’s seen first-hand, and through the company’s customers around the world, the amazing effect that PBM can have. More recently, it appears that even women struggling with infertility can benefit from PBM treatments.
