Jeff’s most recent roles at Fluor included positions as the global lead of Supply Chain Material Planning, Field Material Management, as well as Supply Chain’s AWP SME, working alongside Construction and Fabrication toward larger and more thorough implementations. He has led Supply Chain teams on major projects in Oil & Gas, Mining, and Power, in North and South America, Europe, Africa, and Australia. In early 2020, Jeff transitioned from his 30 year Fluor career to his launching Constructing Supply Change LLC, a consultancy laser-focused on Digital Supply Chain concepts such as Material Planning, Metrics that Matter, Supply Chain’s role in AWP, material management systems integration, and practice and procedure improvement. He is a current member of CII Research Team 363 (Integrating the Supply Chain with AWP Practices). Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology (Law) from California State University, Sacramento, with graduate studies in International Business, and is currently studying in a certificate program in Business Data Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Business.
