Patrick J. Bruks is the Corporate Chair of the law firm Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. and has been practicing transactional law for over twenty years. He represents entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, publicly traded companies and governmental entities in a wide variety of transactions, such as debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, intellectual property licenses and development agreements. Pat has authored two books on Contract Analysis and one book on Contract Drafting. He is also a professor at DePaul University College of Law and teaches Mergers and Acquisitions.
