Richard has over 35 years of experience in engineering, construction, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical services in buildings.
He has worked on many iconic buildings across the commercial, retail, health, education, IT and defense sectors.
Starting his career as an engineering cadet, he has held positions in project engineering, project management and construction management through to his current role of Group Managing Director of Fredon Air which he has held for 15 years.
He is very interested about the role technology plays in the service industry and the utilisation of the IOT to improve the operation off and diagnosis of air conditioning systems.
