Michael is a leading capture solutions consultant, currently serving in the worldwide SWAT team. Since the acquisition of Datacap by IBM in 2010 he contributed to major capture engagements. His different roles included technical capture lead for EMEA in pre-sales, services and support. As trusted adviser for customers and acknowledged voice from the field for the development organization, he influenced the evolution of IBM's capture products to the customer's needs. He is co-author of the Redbooks Implementing Imaging Solutions with IBM Production Imaging Edition and IBM Datacap Taskmaster Capture. Before specializing on capture, Michael gained broad experience in the area of Enterprise Content Management.
