Ilker Duzgoren is the Senior Manager responsible for Passenger Data Exchange at IATA.
llker joined IATA in early 2018. He has over 15 years of experience with Airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS). He has lead the implementation of a number of passenger data exchange systems (API, iAPI, PNR) between DCS (departure control systems) and passenger reservation systems in collaboration with airlines, airports, customs and government authorities and their providers.
In his capacity at IATA he is also the Secretary of the two Working Groups in charge of maintaining IATA Messaging Standards in relation to PNR and API data – PNRGOV and PAXLST.
Ilker is also responsible for the IATA API-PNR Toolkit and the World Tracker, where the implementation status for Passenger Data Exchange programs is monitored in a global scale.
