As co-founder of CareerPrep, Sara Wegmann is a powerful guide for emerging careers. She’s passionate about coaching, guiding, and teaching young professionals as they navigate their early careers. Sara brings extensive experience in talent development from top companies such as Deloitte, Target, and Merrill Lynch to help coach and train young professionals as they launch and build their careers.
As a life-long athlete, a parent of two young athletes, and a youth soccer and volleyball coach, Sara specializes in student athlete career development. Sara was a Captain, MVP and All Conference Varsity soccer player at Lawrence University, and now serves as Co-Chair of the Lawrence University Viking Athletics Alumni Advisory Committee. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Lawrence University and an MBA in HR and Management and Organizations from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and continues to compete athletically in tennis.
