As a Client Success Leader, with over 15 years experience in software, IT, and digital marketing I am passionate about driving key business results through technology. With a passion for client success, and an ongoing learning mentally I am always looking to improve myself through learning a new way of doing things and challenging the status quo, I ask that of my clients, my fellow colleagues, and teams. With 20+ years in client success, project management and leadership my passion for client services and technology came to fruition in 2007 as I became an Account Management for a digital marketing company. I continued to follow the technology path and when I landed at Absorb in 2019 I truly found the best mix of all continuous learning and helping clients, Absorb’s ethos is to “Learn Everywhere and We Believe Anything Worth Doing is Worth Doing Fanatically Well “which really resonated with me, I was excited to be part of a #1 rated LMS and work in partnership with amazing clients to evolve their programs by leveraging the LMS in order achieve their program goals! My responsibility is to ensure our Client Success team members deliver exceptional service and value to help our clients achieve their goals and be there to support where and when needed, because when our clients succeed, we succeed!
