Principal Consultant – Stormwater Management Consulting Practice - Raftelis

Jeff has 32+ years of experience in the wastewater and stormwater utility industry with a focus in GIS, sewer infrastructure inspection and evaluation, facilities planning and stormwater program development. Jeff started his career as an intern for the City of Cincinnati Stormwater Management Utility prior to joining the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District in Cleveland, OH. At the Sewer District, Jeff served as GIS Services Manager for 17 years and was responsible for implementing and managing several information management systems including the District’s Enterprise GIS and Stormwater Asset Inventory and Billing System (330,000 customers+). Jeff is now a Principal Consultant with Raftelis in the Stormwater Management Consulting Practice working with clients to identify and implement stable and sustainable financial practices and systems to help equitably fund their stormwater program needs over the long term.
