Ken, a Managing Director at UBS is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), he has over 30 years of 401k Institutional Consulting experience and joined UBS in 1991. Ken heads up with his son Brian the Catanella Institutional Team in Philadelphia and as of 12/31/19 consulting to over $5 billion in retirement plan assets.
The Catanella Institutional Consulting Team is nationally recognized as one the Premier 401k Consulting Teams to Private Equity Retirement Plans.
In 2020 The Catanella Institutional Consulting Team was named Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisers by Plan Adviser Magazine as additionally in years 2014, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Ken, along with the Mayor of Moorestown, NJ founded the foodbank “Moorestown Neighbors Helping Neighbors” in March 2020
