Throughout his career, Rob has founded, co-founded, led, and successfully exited, multiple ventures while also holding senior regional leadership roles. He has overseen complex operations with full P&L responsibility, driving organizations back to profitability, expanding service capabilities, and building networks that support clinical trials across more than 15 African countries. His achievements include establishing importer-of-record solutions, developing cold-chain innovations, and implementing biospecimen handling strategies tailored to the unique challenges of African markets.
