Patty Tschaepe is the Chief Compliance Officer for J&K Fresh, LLC a customs brokerage firm specializing in the clearance of fresh produce. In her capacity she helps develop programs and business strategies to strengthen and support the compliance integrity of the J&K Fresh team and the clients they represent.
Patty currently serves as the Seaport Chair for the Los Angeles Customs Broker and Freight Forwarders Association and is also the local Los Angeles Area Representative for the National Customs Broker and Forwarders Association of America.
Residing in San Pedro, California Patty enjoys the views of the Los Angeles Port and is reminded every morning of the importance and invigorating industry she enjoys being a part of. She is a licensed broker and holds an Associate’s Degree in Merchandise Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Los Angeles.
