Lauren Fritts currently serves as Chief Communications Officer for WeWork overseeing the corporate communications, internal communications, and public affairs functions globally. Over her three year tenure at WeWork, Lauren has been responsible for press and external relations as Vice President of Public Affairs & Communications for the U.S., Canada, and Israel. With over 15 years of experience in both the media and political landscapes, Lauren is an integral leader in shaping and telling the company's story while managing teams across WeWork's global portfolio to establish our brand in key local markets.
Prior to WeWork, Lauren worked for Governor Chris Christie in his official office as the Digital and Deputy Communications Director from 2011 to 2016, when she joined his Presidential campaign as his Digital Director. Prior to her political experience, Lauren worked as a producer on a top-rated cable news program at the Fox News Channel.
