Rosie Seymour joined the Better Care Fund team (formerly known as the Better Care Support team) in December 2015 on secondment from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).
Within the civil service, Rosie worked mainly on social policy and public service transformation, including local government policy and finance, devolution, equality and social exclusion.
Rosie was involved in the establishment of the Better Care Fund in 2013, helping shape and develop the programme from the onset.
The Better Care Fund is a partnership between MHCLG, Department of Health and Social Care, the Local Government Association and NHS England.
