Marianne Davis is the Locality Manager covering the Surrey area. Marianne Davis started her working career as a Teacher and taught for a number of years. She came into social care in 1989 as a carer and progressed into learning and development roles, management roles including managing a large domiciliary care service.
In her role across Surrey she works with a range of strategic partners including CCG colleagues, STP’s, LWAB’s, local authority commissioners, Quality assurance leads, as well as a plethora of employers during her time with Skills for Care. She has lead on 3 major projects for two of the STP’s in Surrey mentoring on a one to one basis Registered managers who welcomed support to help them improve their CQC rating.
