Bio
Pike is the sole proprietor of URBANEXUS through which he works on creating built environments and is an Affiliate Faculty Member with the Runstad Department of Real Estate in the College of Built Environments at the University of Washington. He has a long background in planned community development and also taught at Cornell University. Earlier in his career, Pike worked for several public agencies. He is a graduate of the urban studies and planning program at San Francisco State University and holds a master’s degree in urban planning from UCLA.
