Capt. Jenee Jagoda

Capt. Jenee Jagoda, P.E., PMP, USAF, currently serves as the Engineering Flight Commander, 28th Civil Engineer Squadron, Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. She is responsible for leading a team of thirty-five military and civilian engineers in the programming, design, and construction of base engineering projects in support of $1.7 billion worth of infrastructure and the B-21 beddown. In 2021, Capt. Jagoda deployed to Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, during which time she was directly involved in the Afghanistan Noncombatant Evacuation Operation (NEO) efforts as a member of the Emergency Operations Center. Al Udeid Air Base processed over 57,000 refugees in just three weeks, housing up to 18,000 additional personnel on base at the peak of the operation.
