Justin was born and raised in San Diego California, and has been working in the Food and Beverage industry for seventeen years. He worked in restaurants throughout San Diego county for ten years before pursuing a degree in Food Science & Nutrition. He’s currently responsible for menu development and product innovation at Rubio’s Innovation Center where he’s served for nearly fourteen years. Justin spends his free time cooking for friends and family, playing golf, skateboarding and in the Pacific Ocean; surfing and swimming throughout North County San Diego.
