Bio
Gina Sofola is the President and Principal Consultant for Sofola and Associates, Inc., a project management and planning consulting firm started in 1999. She has 40 years of engineering experience specializing in Project Planning and Construction. In 2017 she added Urban Planning to the firm’s offering after receiving her masters in Regional and City Planning and her AICP the following year. She has managed multi-million dollar projects around the country for Fortune 500 companies, private developers, transportation agencies and major municipalities. She’s worked on other projects comprised of historical assets and is passionate about historic preservation as a tool to catalyze economic growth in underserved communities. Gina has a bachelors in Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a masters in Planning from the University of Oklahoma.
