Michael Westbrook serves as Director of Deli, Cold Cuts and Sushi at Rouses Market. Rouses Market, whose locations are centered in the Southwest region, just celebrated its 60th anniversary and is one of the largest independent grocers and fastest growing family owned companies in the United States. Michael graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a culinary foods degree and BA in business. He’s spent a majority of his career overseeing delis and bakeries at companies such as Harris Teeter, Wayfield Foods, Saverite Foods and The Fresh Market.
