Charlie attended UCLA, and then stayed in Los Angeles for five years after college working in sales for a Xerox affiliate. He moved back home to Fresno in 2013 to join a mechanical contractor before transitioning to commercial real estate with Colliers International in early 2016. Charlie has gained valuable experience and industry knowledge since he started in the business, benefiting greatly from exposure to Colliers’ very strong global network of industrial brokers and his partnership with Buk Wagner.
Charlie Schuh grew up in Fresno and is a proud graduate of San Joaquin Memorial High School.
Away from the office he loves being outdoors and spending time with his friends and family,
especially his two young sons. He is also fortunate to be a big brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
