Martin Lefrancq is the smart mobility coordinator at Brussels Mobility and is involved in all things ITS, shared-, new-, micro-, e-mobility and Mobility as a Service. With more than 10 years experience in the public sector (for the Brussels-Capital Region), Martin is fascinated by cities in general and Brussels in particular and has previously been coordinating the development of the Brussels’ lighting masterplan as well as Bright Brussels, Festival of Light. His main current project is the preparation of a regulatory framework for the MaaS market in Brussels and the setting-up of an environment stimulating the growth of shared mobility.
