Emily Blair is the Global Product Line Manager for Milliken Chemical, an innovative solutions provider in plastics additives, colorants, silicones and chemical intermediates
In her current role, Emily is responsible for developing and executing the global commercialization plan for Milliken’s DeltaMax™ Performance Modifiers portfolio. This includes product development activities with polyolefin producers and molders to deliver manufacturing efficiencies and performance enhancements using new to the world additives. Prior to joining Milliken, Blair was responsible for developing the sales and market strategies for value-added composites in Industrial and Personal Protective Equipment markets.
Blair earned a Bachelor of Science in Polymer and Color Chemistry from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, N.C. and a Master of Science in Polymer Chemistry from Université Laval in Québec, Canada.
