Prior to his current role as CCO at AOE, he has worked in various strategic and management positions within the Lufthansa Group. He held various senior positions incl. VP Sales and concepts, responsible for a global development and sales team, creating award-winning concepts for many leading airlines.
Michael has founded several start-up companies. He is a passionate traveler and a frequent speaker at international events and conferences. He has degrees in design, economics and customer experience and studied at the University of Applied Arts Offenbach, ESTM Berlin and Harvard.
