Anna Ren is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. Anna advises issuers, investment banks, sponsors and selling stockholders in connection with public offerings and private placements of debt, equity and hybrid securities, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, investment grade and high-yield debt offerings, medium-term note programs, commercial paper programs, tender and exchange offers, consent solicitations and other capital markets transactions in the United States, Canada and the Euro markets. She also advises domestic and foreign private issuers in connection with ongoing securities law compliance requirements, SEC public reporting obligations, listing standards of the major US stock exchanges and other governance matters.
