Bio
Gabrielle Esperdy is an architectural and urban historian who examines intersections of design, consumption and modernism in metropolitan landscapes. A regular contributor to Places, she is also editor in chief of SAH Archipedia, a peer-reviewed digital resource on the history of the built environment. Gabrielle currently serves as Dean of NJIT's Hillier College of Architecture and Design, where she has taught since 2001.
