Sue Trombley, MLIS, IGP, FAI, is Managing Director of Thought Leadership at Iron Mountain. Prior to this, Sue led Iron Mountain’s Information Management Consulting group for 10 years. She now conducts research to share with the information management community at large by hosting webinars, blogging and speaking at events. She is ARMA fellow #51, sits on the University of Texas School of Information Advisory Council, and is a past AIIM board member, and past president of ARMA's Boston Chapter.
