Steve Grusendorf is an ordained minister with the Christian and Missionary Alliance and has 15 years of pastoral experience. Over the years he has served as both a lead pastor and a staff pastor, so his experiences cover a wide spectrum. Currently, he serves as the Director for the Alliance Center for Leadership Development. He also teaches graduate and doctoral level courses in non-profit leadership, ministry leadership, and theology at a variety of graduate schools across the country. He has degrees in leadership and theology.
