Maciej Mikucki (born 1971) is Provident's Northern Europe's Chief Financial Officer since September 2017.
Prior to joining Provident, a consumer lender, he spent 9 years with pharmaceutical industry, working for Adamed (midcap regional player) as Group CFO (2016-2017) and Teva Pharmaceuticals as CFO Poland (2008-2012) and later as Regional CFO responsible for Central & Eastern Europe (2013-2016).
Between 2002 and 2007 he worked for The Coca-Cola Company (in Hungary, Poland and Australia), on positions of increasing responsibility leading to the role of Regional Finance Director, Australia & New Zealand.
Maciej also worked for Seagram (covering finance & business development in CEE) and other companies like Ipsos (Central Europe and Africa), Polglass or Benckiser.
Polish national, fluent in English and intermediate in Russian, gained substantial regional and remote management skills as well as restructuring / business development exposure while working in pharmaceutical, FMCG, B2B and consulting industries.
Maciej has a PhD in economics (2018) and he lectures at Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS) in Warsaw.
