His focus is the company-wide development and operationalization of specific use cases. In addition, Oliver is responsible for further developing technology management at SBB. This involves defining the technology strategy and corresponding technological tactics and principles. Oliver holds a PhD in Strategy and Innovation from EPFL in Lausanne. He has worked as a consultant for innovation management.
