He began his hot runner career in 1991 at Synventive Molding Solutions (formally KONA) advancing through applications engineering, product and sales management roles before joining Trexel Inc. as Business Development Manager for MuCell physical foaming technology. In his current role, Leo is responsible helping medical molder improve part quality and increase output through innovative hot runner solutions.
