Bio
Augusto Giussani's main research field is internal dosimetry and biokinetic modelling. He has worked at the Institute of Radiation Protection of Gsf (later Helmholtz Zentrum Munich) in Oberschleßheim (Germany), at the State University of Milan (Italy) and since 2010 he has been working at BfS.
He has been scientific secretary of EURADOS WG7 for several years; currently he is member of ICRP Committee 2 and chairs the Task group on Doses to Patients in Diagnostic Nuclear Medicine.
