Vanee Bijayendrayodhin earned her master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Marquette University in Wisconsin, USA and bachelor’s degree of Arts in English and French (Second Class Honors) from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.
Her professional journey of more than 20 years has always been focusing on people and organization’s development and management. She has areas of expertise in Leadership Development, Action Learning Project Facilitation and Coaching, Talent and Succession Development and Organization Culture. Before joining Ananda Development in January 2018, Vanee was a Facilitator at PacRim Group, a Regional Director (Asia) for Organizational Development and Change Management of Colgate-Palmolive Asia Division, and a Director of Human Resources of Colgate-Palmolive Thailand.
At present, she is a driving force behind Ananda Development’s human resource transformation. With her two-decade-long expertise, Thailand’s leading real estate company is realizing its vision and strategy to better engage its 1,300 workforces.
