Gairik Sarkar is a cinematographer and editor who has shot several Bengali films by nationally acclaimed directors along with a couple of Hindi web series and a Hindi feature film. His first feature film, 'Shaheb Bibi Golaam', got him a Filmfare (East) for best cinematography and his 8th film, 'Ek Je Chhilo Raja', got the National Award for best Bengali film and a host of regional and international cinematography awards. In 2016 he edited 'Te3n', a thriller with Amitabh Bachchan. Recently he shot 'Typewriter', a Netflix show directed by Sujoy Ghosh and 'Bob Biswas', a feature film with Abhishek Bachchan.
