Dr. Chen joined Famsun in the year of 2018, after graduating from Lehigh University with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. He used to be responsible for technical research group of the Famsun R&D, and mainly focus on development of aquafeed, pet Food, TVP and High Moisture Meat Analogue extrusion equipment and processing techniques. He is currently the manager of Extruder Group in Famsun Research Institute, and leads the team of intelligent extruder and automative extrusion processing solution development.
