Silvina brings 15 years of extensive industry experience to her role as the CRA Line Manager at Ergomed. She began her career in clinical research as a project coordinator, working directly with patients at the site level, before moving into Project Management and eventually joining Ergomed in 2019 as a CTM. With a deep understanding of all phases of clinical trials, Silvina now oversees the entire US Site Management team in her current role. Her comprehensive knowledge of site support needs and CRO/Site relationships, combined with her focus on meeting client needs, enables her to provide effective leadership and guidance to her team.
