Leon is the Regional Director of ASG Asia. He is an experienced management consultant, specialising in Program & Change Management and IT Advisory. He has worked with a variety of clients in Asia and Europe such as CLP, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Cathy Pacific, Unilever, healthcare organisations, various UK Government departments, BG Group (oil and gas), MACE (construction), Swiss Re (insurance), TransCo (utilities), BT (telco), Cellnet (mobile) and other overseas telecom operators.

Leon has extensive experience in managing business change programs; he worked globally with senior level stakeholders and managed large geographical dispersed teams in Europe and Asia. He blends his background in IT with business consulting expertise to help clients through complex business change. He has considerable experience in helping his clients to exploit IT innovations to create sustainable business change and improvement.

He is a qualified coach, attending to individuals as well as the big strategic picture of the organization. Leon’s leadership style engenders trust and brings stakeholders of all backgrounds together to deliver the desired outcomes.
