Sudhir Tauro leads UBS Wealth Management Americas’ Employee Wealth Services Group supporting the Equity Plans, Financial Wellness and Retirement Consulting businesses. In his role, Sudhir is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing the overall experience UBS delivers to all corporate client employees. Sudhir has over 15 years of financial services and management consulting experience specializing in Wealth Management, Corporate services, Digital transformation, Sales and Service optimization and platform management. Prior roles included COO, Sales and Service at E*TRADE where he was responsible for platforms, roadmaps and implementation of a wide range of strategic initiatives including participant and active trader experience. Sudhir has an MS in Computer Science from University of California, Riverside and earned an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business.
