Jie Zhang is the Managing Director of GoodWe Europe GmbH and joined the company in the beginning of 2025, setting a strong focus on delivering a value-driven product portfolio to customers and upholding an uncompromising commitment to service. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience across telecom, IT, and renewable energy sectors. Having held senior executive roles at Huawei Technologies and Telenor Group, Jie Zhang later founded a software startup before establishing Norwegian operation for Aiko Energy. His diverse background spans corporate and entrepreneurial expertise in business development, operational efficiency, and change management across tech industries. Zhang holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Fudan University and EMBA from INSEAD.
