Jen is part of the retirement team at American Century lnvestments® dedicated to partnering with retirement advisors, platform wholesalers, and TPAs covering the Northeast region. She has been in the financial services industry for more than twenty-five years.
Jen spent 25 years at Prudential Retirement In her most recent role at Prudential, she was the Vice President/Regional Sales Director for New Jersey and New York. In this role, she was responsible for new business development of defined contribution and defined benefit markets. Prior to assuming this position, she was responsible for leading the business development and relationship management efforts with Prudential's Strategic Partners and optimizing relationships within these channels. Jen has also held various client management and leadership roles at CIGNA and Prudential.
Jen received her B.S. in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University and her MBA from the University of Hartford. She holds a Retirement Plan Associate Designation, Life and Health insurance licenses, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses. Jen served as the co-Chair for both the New Jersey and Western New York chapters of the Women in Pensions Network (WIPN) from December 2017 -December 2019 and currently leads the Marketing Committee on WiPN's National Board. In 2019, The National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) named Jen as part of their Top 1 00 DC Industry Wholesalers-the "Wing(wo)man".
